Media Now JAM is almost here, and we’re so excited to meet you! Here’s all this information you need to know for Media Now JAM hosted June 22-23 at Webster University.

Location
Webster University
545 Garden Avenue, Webster Groves, MO 63119

  • Enter at the East Academic Building
  • Free Parking is available daily at the Garden Park Plaza across from the East Academic Building where classes will be held.

Important Notes & Details

  • Check in is from 8:30 a.m. – 8:55 a.m. each day at the East Academic Building.
  • Once checked in, campers should be ready for opening session at 9:00 a.m. each day.
  • Vending machines are available for snacks and beverages on your own as needed.
  • Lunch will be provided each day of camp.
  • Not sure what to bring? Here is a recommended list.
  • Please note, the classrooms at Webster University are a bit chilly. Be sure to bring your jacket.
  • Don’t forget your water bottle to fill up at the water fountains on campus.
  • Pick up is at 4:00 – 4:15 each day. (All Media Now staff and campers will be out of the building by 4:30 p.m. please plan your rides accordingly.)

Wednesday, June 22
8:30-8:55 a.m. Camper check-in
9 a.m.-12 p.m. Morning session
12-12:45 p.m. Lunch
12:45-4 p.m. Afternoon session
4:30 p.m. Webster closes

Thursday, June 23
8:30-8:55 a.m. Campers go right to classroom; no check-in at registration
9 a.m.-12 p.m. Morning session
12-12:45 p.m. Lunch
12:45-4 p.m. Afternoon session
4:30 p.m. Webster closes

Name Tags
Campers are required to wear their name tags at all times while at the camp with us. You’ll get your name tag on a lanyard at check in on the first day. You will need to bring back that name tag for day two.

Covid Policy
At this point, masks are optional on the campus of Webster University. We will let you know if things change. You may choose to wear a mask as you feel comfortable. The safety of our campers is of utmost importance. If you have any cold or flu-like symptoms we will ask that you stay home and encourage you to test and follow proper guidance from your doctor.
